- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- grated carrots - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
How to make carrot cake:
Grease and flour a tube pan. Mix sugar, oil and eggs. Sift baking powder, cinnamon, flour, soda and salt. Add to sugar, oil and egg mixture. Add carrots and walnuts. Pour in pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
