- confectioners sugar
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- walnuts - 1/2 c
- Wesson oil
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- ground carrots - 3 c
How to make carrot cake:
Frosting:1 pkg. confectioners sugar1 stick butter or margarine1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese Beat eggs and oil. Add sugar. Combine dry ingredients. Add carrots and chopped nuts. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Use 2 (8-inch) pans, greased and floured.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
