  • confectioners sugar
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • walnuts - 1/2 c
  • Wesson oil
  • stick butter or margarine - 1 item
  • ground carrots - 3 c

How to make carrot cake:

Frosting:1 pkg. confectioners sugar1 stick butter or margarine1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese Beat eggs and oil. Add sugar. Combine dry ingredients. Add carrots and chopped nuts. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Use 2 (8-inch) pans, greased and floured.
