Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- grated carrots - 3 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- corn oil
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- Add oil, eggs, vanilla and blend well
How to make carrot cake:
Mix all dry ingredients together. Add oil, eggs, vanilla and blend well. Bake in three 9-inch pans at 350° for 30 minutes.Frosting:1 c. chopped pecans1 box powdered sugar1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 stick butter (or margarine)1 tsp. vanilla Cream the cheese and butter.
