- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour
- oil
- soda - 1 tsp
- grated carrots - 2 c
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- cut nuts - 1 c
- Add next 4 ingredients
How to make carrot cake:
Cream the first 3 ingredients. Add next 4 ingredients. Sift and add last 4 ingredients. Combine ingredients as listed. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Frosting:1/4 c. butter or margarine1 tsp. vanilla1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese2 c. powdered sugar1/2 c. chopped nuts Combine first 4 ingredients. Frost cake.
