Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- vegetable oil
- dash of salt - 1 item
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- 10x sugar - 2 c
- drained pineapple - 1 c
- soda baking - 2 tsp
- steamed raisins - 1 c
- Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture
- small jars strained carrots baby food jars - 3 item
How to make carrot cake:
Beat eggs and sugar until light lemon colored; add oil, carrots and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture. Next, add pineapple, raisins and nuts. Mix and pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 375° for about 45 minutes.Frosting:1 large pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla2 c. 10x sugar dash of salt2 Tbsp. butter Cream together and spread on cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
