  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • vegetable oil
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • chopped walnuts - 1 c
  • 10x sugar - 2 c
  • drained pineapple - 1 c
  • soda baking - 2 tsp
  • steamed raisins - 1 c
  • Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture
  • small jars strained carrots baby food jars - 3 item

How to make carrot cake:

Beat eggs and sugar until light lemon colored; add oil, carrots and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture. Next, add pineapple, raisins and nuts. Mix and pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 375° for about 45 minutes.Frosting:1 large pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla2 c. 10x sugar dash of salt2 Tbsp. butter Cream together and spread on cake.
