Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1/4 lb
- coconut - 1 c
- oil
- grated carrots - 2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- powdered sugar - 2 lb
- dash of salt - 1 item
- chopped walnuts - 2 c
- crushed pineapple - 1 c
- Add dry ingredients, then everything else
How to make carrot cake:
For cake, blend oil, eggs and sugar. Add dry ingredients, then everything else. Bake at 350° until done. Cake will spring back and pull away from sides of pan when done.Icing:8 oz. cream cheese1/4 lb. butter2 lb. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla dash of salt Let cheese and butter stand at room temperature until soft.
