Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- oil
- soda - 2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- butter or oleo - 1/2 c
- 8 oz - 1 pkg
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- small jars strained baby food carrots - 3 item
How to make carrot cake:
Cream together eggs, sugar and oil. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon. Add alternately with baby food. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. For icing, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and butter or oleo.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
