• cream cheese - 1 (8

• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• coconut - 1 c
• oil
• soda - 2 tsp
• can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
• stick butter - 1/2 item
• chopped walnuts
• 4x sugar
• walnuts - 1 c
• carrots, shredded - 2 c

How to make carrot cake:

Frosting:1 lb. 4x sugar1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1/2 stick butter1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts2 tsp. vanilla Cake: Combine all dry ingredients and then add the rest. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until done. Frosting: Mix all ingredients tog
