- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- oil
- soda - 2 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- carrots, grated - 3 c
- Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon
How to make carrot cake:
Cream oil, sugar and eggs. Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon. Mix well; add carrots and nuts. Bake 40 minutes at 350°.Topping:1 lb. confectioners sugar2 tsp. vanilla8 oz. cream cheese1 c. coconut1 stick butter Cream butter, cream cheese, sugar, coconut and vanilla.
