- vanilla - 1 tsp

- coconut - 1/2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- sifted flour - 2 c
- pecans - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- finely grated carrots - 3 c
- Wesson oil or Crisco
How to make carrot cake:
Icing:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 stick oleo1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 c. pecans1/2 c. coconut Beat eggs and sugar. Add oil. Then add flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Then add carrots. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes in 3 layer cakRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
