- salt - 1/2 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- soda - 1 tsp
- cooking oil
- plain flour - 2 c
- Add oil and eggs
- finely grated carrots - 3 c
How to make carrot cake:
Sift together flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add oil and eggs. Mix well and fold in carrots. Mix well and pour in three pans and bake at 375° until done.Filling:1 box powdered sugar1 stick margarine1 tsp. vanilla1 (8 oz.) cream cheese Mix well.
