  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • pkg
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • oil
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • powdered sugar - 1 lb
  • shredded carrots - 3 c

How to make carrot cake:

Frosting:1 large (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 lb. powdered sugar1 stick butter1 tsp. vanilla1 c. chopped pecans Mix all cake ingredients together. Bake in 3 (8-inch) pans which have been greased and floured, at 375° for 30 minutes.

Beat all frosting ingredients until smooth. Frost between layers.
