- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c

- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- shredded carrots - 3 c
How to make carrot cake:
Frosting:1 large (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 lb. powdered sugar1 stick butter1 tsp. vanilla1 c. chopped pecans Mix all cake ingredients together. Bake in 3 (8-inch) pans which have been greased and floured, at 375° for 30 minutes.Beat all frosting ingredients until smooth. Frost between layers.
