  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • cream cheese
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 3 tsp
  • milk - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • raisins - 1 c
  • Crisco - 1 c
  • box confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • jars junior baby carrots - 2 item

How to make carrot cake:

Frosting:1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1 box confectioners sugar1 stick butter3 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. milk Put sugar in bowl and add Crisco. Slowly add eggs, one at a time; beat thoroughly. Fold in flour and dry ingredients. Blend well for one minute with a spoon. Fold in carrots, nuts and raisins. Bake for 45 minutes in a 13 x 9-inch greased pan. Let cool, then add frosting.
