Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cream cheese
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 3 tsp
- milk - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- raisins - 1 c
- Crisco - 1 c
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- jars junior baby carrots - 2 item
How to make carrot cake:
Frosting:1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1 box confectioners sugar1 stick butter3 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. milk Put sugar in bowl and add Crisco. Slowly add eggs, one at a time; beat thoroughly. Fold in flour and dry ingredients. Blend well for one minute with a spoon. Fold in carrots, nuts and raisins. Bake for 45 minutes in a 13 x 9-inch greased pan.
