  • flour - 3 c
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • raisins - 1/2 c
  • Crisco - 1 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Cream first 5 ingredients. Grease and flour pans. Make in loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
