- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- baking chocolate - 3 sq
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- water - 1 c
- baking soda
How to make sour cream chocolate cake:
In a saucepan over low heat, melt together the chocolate, butter or margarine and water. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, measure and mix together flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. To this mixture, add eggs, vanilla and melted chocolate and butter mixture. Beat until blended. Fold in sour cream. Pour in greased pan.
