  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • cold water - 1/4 c
  • chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
  • shredded carrots - 2 c
  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • Miracle Whip dressing
  • tub cream cheese frosting - 1 (16

How to make carrot cake:

Combine cake mix, eggs, dressing, water and cinnamon. Stir in carrots and nuts. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan (greased and floured). Cook 35 minutes in a 350° preheated oven. Cool and frost.
