Carrot cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour - 2 c
• grated carrots - 2 c
• Crisco oil

How to make carrot cake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine oil and sugar; add grated carrots. Add eggs and mix well; sift together flour and cinnamon and add to mixture. Add vanilla and nuts and mix well. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
