Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- grated carrots - 2 c
- Crisco oil
How to make carrot cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine oil and sugar; add grated carrots. Add eggs and mix well; sift together flour and cinnamon and add to mixture. Add vanilla and nuts and mix well. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
