Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• cream cheese - 8 oz
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour
• stick margarine - 1 item
• oil
• soda - 1 tsp
• grated carrots - 2 c
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• powdered sugar
• nuts, chopped - 1 c

How to make carrot cake:

Icing:1 pkg. powdered sugar1 stick margarine8 oz. cream cheese2 tsp. vanilla Add all cake ingredients together and mix well. Add carrots and nuts and mix well. Bake in 9-inch cake pans in 350° oven for 35 minutes or until done. Mix icing
