  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • cream cheese - 1 (8
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • grated carrots - 3 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • nuts optional - 1 c
  • Wesson oil - 1 c
  • Add eggs, one at a time

How to make carrot cake:

Mix sugar and oil. Add eggs, one at a time. Add carrots, then flour with soda and cinnamon. Bake in three 8 or 9-inch cake pans. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Cream Cheese Icing:1 box confectioners sugar1 stick butter2 tsp. vanilla1 c. nuts (optional)1 (8 oz.) cream cheese Mix and spread on cake.
