- soda - 2 tsp
- grated carrots - 3 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- nuts optional - 1 c
- Wesson oil - 1 c
- Add eggs, one at a time
How to make carrot cake:
Mix sugar and oil. Add eggs, one at a time. Add carrots, then flour with soda and cinnamon. Bake in three 8 or 9-inch cake pans.
