- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon
- vanilla
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- oil - 3/4 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- chopped nuts optional - 1/2 c
- drained crushed pineapple - 1/2 c
How to make carrot bread:
Combine oil, sugar and egg; beat well. Add remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly. Place in greased bread pan. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325°. Cool slightly for easier slicing.Recipe categories: Breads, Vegetables, Carrots.
