Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• oil - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• nuts - 1 c
• raisins - 1/2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix all together and add 2 cups grated and drained zucchini. Spoon into 2 large or 3 small greased loaf pans. Bake in a 325° oven for 1 hour or until it tests done.
