Caramel sticky rolls
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 item
- cinnamon - 1 item
- brown sugar
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- corn syrup - 4 Tbsp
- margarine - 1 item
- loaves frozen bread dough, thawed - 2 item
How to make caramel sticky rolls:
Caramel:1 1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. melted margarine4 Tbsp. corn syrup Stir together caramel ingredients. Spread on bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch pan; set aside. On lightly floured surface, roll each loaf of bread dough into 14 x 10-inch rectangle. Spread with softened margarine and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll up like a jelly roll, beginning with the 14-inch side. Pinch edge of dough into roll to seal well. Cut each roll into 10 or 12 slices. Place slices in prepared pan.Cover; let rise until double in size (about 1 hour). Heat oven to 375°. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately invert pan onto serving platter.
