Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- baking powder
- melted butter - 1/3 c
- egg - 1 item
- fresh or frozen blueberries - 1 c
How to make blueberry muffins:
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Stir in blueberries. Add milk, egg and butter; mix until batter is moist; do not overbeat. Spoon batter into greased muffin pans and bake at 400° for 25 minutes. Yields 12.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
