Caramel popcorn
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- corn syrup - 1/2 c
- cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp
- sticks butter - 2 item
- popcorn - 5 qt
How to make caramel popcorn:
Add first four ingredients and bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Remove from burner and add baking soda (this will cause mixture to foam). Pour over popcorn. Bake in 250° oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Grains.
