  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • corn syrup - 1/3 1/3
  • popped corn - 4 qt
  • unsalted peanuts - 2 c

How to make caramel corn:

Mix together all ingredients (except popcorn). Grease 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan. Put in popcorn and coat with mix and bake for 8 minutes at 350°.
