Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- molasses - 1/4 c
- sticks melted margarine - 2 item
- Karo - 1/2 c
- popped corn, unsalted - 6 qt
How to make caramel corn:
In a large pan, stir until it boils. Boil 5 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon soda. Pour over popped corn. Bake in two 9 x 13-inch pans for 1 hour at 250°. Stir every 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, American.
