Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- oleo - 1 lb
- white Karo - 1/2 c
- popcorn - 2 gal
How to make caramel corn:
In a heavy pan bring sugar, Karo, and oleo to a boil and cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add soda. Stir well and pour over popcorn. Place in 3 pans (13 x 9 x 2-inches). Bake 1 hour at 250°, stir often. Remove to wax paper. Store in airtigRecipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, American.
