Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- miniature marshmallows - 1/2 pkg
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- large can yams - 1 item
How to make candied yams:
Drain water off yams; drain juice from pineapple. Blend pineapple juice with brown sugar until smooth. Mix pineapple, blended sugar and marshmallows with yams. Add cinnamon. Bake at 350° until top is crusted.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Side dish, Casseroles.
