- stick margarine - 1 item
- water - 1/4 c
- medium sweet potatoes - 4 item
How to make candied sweet potatoes:
Peel and cut potatoes in 2-inch pieces. Combine margarine, water and sugar in black skillet. Add potatoes. Simmer at 350° for 1 hour or until done.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Yam/sweet potato.
