- water - 1/2 c
- peanuts
How to make candied peanuts:
Combine all ingredients in a large iron skillet. Cook on medium-low, stirring constantly, until mixture is crystallized, no liquid visible. Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, African.
