  • sugar - 3 c
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • white syrup - 1 c
  • peanuts - 3 c
  • dash of red cake coloring - 1 item

How to make peanut patties:

Combine in saucepan the sugar, water, peanuts and syrup. Bring to a boil. Stir constantly. Let boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add butter, vanilla, salt and coloring. Beat until creamy. Drop by tablespoon onto greased foil.
