Caesar salad
Ingredients/Components
- olive oil - 1 c
- cloves garlic, crushed - 3 item
- wine vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- Worcestershires sauce - 1 tsp
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- dry mustard - 3/4 tsp
- juice of 1 lemon
- black pepper to taste - 1 item
- croutons - 2 c
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 3/4 c
- head Romaine lettuce - 1 item
How to make caesar salad:
Mix oil and garlic and let set overnight. Mix wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, dry mustard and lemon juice; chill. Clean and tear romaine. Chill in bag with paper towel. Place salad in bowl; add dressing. Add croutons, cheese and black pepper. Mix well. Serves 6.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Time to make, 3 steps or less.
