Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- ground beef - 1 lb
- Mozzarella cheese - 4 oz
- Cheddar cheese - 4 oz
- Mexican cheese - 4 oz
- taco seasoning mix packet - 1 item
- jar picante sauce mild - 1 item
- For Topping: tomatoes, cut up in small pieces
- onions, cut up in small pieces - 1 item
- ripe olives, cut up in small pieces - 1 item
How to make nacho dip:
For Topping: tomatoes, cut up in small pieces onions, cut up in small pieces ripe olives, cut up in small pieces Brown meat and add taco mix and stir. Soften cream cheese with picante sauce and beat. In pan (casserole dish) add cream cheese, sauce and layer cheeses (you can mix all the cheeses together if you like) on top of ground beef. Bake in the oven at 350° for 1/2 hour.
