- water - 4 c
- chopped celery - 2 c
- can tomato paste - 1 item
- diced carrots - 2 c
- diced potatoes - 2 c
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- large can tomatoes, chopped - 1 item
- to 2 medium onions, sliced or chopped - 1 item
How to make cabbage soup:
Brown ground chuck with sliced onions. Add can tomatoes, tomato paste, potatoes, carrots and celery. Add water and bring to boil, then simmer 1 to 2 hours (until vegetables are tender).Recipe categories: American, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
