Ingredients/Components

  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
  • can water - 1 oz
  • lean ground beef - 1 lb
  • can tomatoes - 1 oz
  • beef bouillon cubes - 4 item
  • medium cabbage, chopped - 1/2 item
  • celery stalks, chopped - 2 item

How to make cabbage soup:

In a Dutch oven, brown beef; drain if necessary. Add all ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8.
