Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 3/4 c
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef
- can tomato soup - 1 1/2
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- cooked rice - 1 c
- large cabbage leaves - 8 item
How to make cabbage rolls:
Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves. Let stand 5 minutes; drain. Brown meat and season with salt and pepper. Add onions, rice and eggs. Roll a portion of filling into each leaf and fasten ends with a toothpick. Place the cabbage rolls in a baking dish. Pour soup and water over rolls.
