Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- can mixed vegetables - 1 oz
- slices toast, crumbled - 2 item
How to make vegetable beef casserole:
Saute onion and meat in butter. Add vegetables and soup. Pour in buttered casserole. Top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
