- bulk pork sausage - 1 lb
- ground beef - 1 lb
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- 28 oz - 1 c
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- dried crushed red pepper optional - 1 tsp
- shredded cabbage - 10 c
How to make cabbage goulash:
In large kettle brown sausage, beef and onion; drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients except cabbage; mix well. Stir in cabbage and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Serve 10 to 12.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Low Carb.
