- milk - 2 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- pepper - 1 tsp
- seasoned salt - 1 tsp
- medium head cabbage - 1 item
- flour heaping - 2 Tbsp
- Colby cheese - 1 item
- slices bread, broken into crumbs - 4 item
How to make cabbage casserole:
Cut cabbage into chunks, cook and drain. Melt 1 stick butter; put milk and dry ingredients in blender and mix well. Add to butter and stir until blended. Add chunks of cheese and melt cheese. Pour mixture over cabbage. Melt another stick of butter and tear 4 slices of bread into crumbs; add to butter and put on top of casserole.
