Cabbage au gratin
Ingredients/Components
- soft bread crumbs - 1 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- small onion, sliced thin - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium head cabbage, sliced - 1 item
How to make cabbage au gratin:
Cook cabbage and onion in a small amount of boiling, salted water in saucepan for 10 minutes or until wilted; drain well.Layer cabbage mixture, cheese and soup, 1/2 at a time, in casserole. Top with crumbs. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Yields 18 servings.
