Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 can
- frozen peas
- can Chinese noodles - 1 item
- can mushrooms - 1 oz
- can bean sprouts - 1 item
- can water chestnuts - 1 item
- butter or oil - 1/4 c
- small amount pepper - 1 item
- salt or not - 1 tsp
- raw thinly sliced onions - 1/2 c
How to make pea casserole:
Mix all together, except Chinese noodles. Cover with noodles. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Greens.
