Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- mace - 1/4 tsp
- butternut squash, cut in 1/2 inch pieces and peel skin - 2 lb
How to make butternut squash casserole:
Combine ingredients; dot with butter in a well-greased casserole. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Keep covered until about the last 5 minutes. Remove cover until done.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
