- flour - 4 Tbsp
- vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
- nutmeg - 1 item
- buttermilk - 1 c
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
- 9-inch pie shell unbaked - 1 item
- stick Parkay margarine - 1 item
How to make buttermilk pie:
Cream sugar and margarine; add flour and eggs and beat well. Add buttermilk and vanilla. Pour into unbaked shell and sprinkle nutmeg as desired on top. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes. Yield: 1 pie.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
