Ingredients/Components
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
- sugar - 1 c
- pumpkin - 2/3 c
- flour - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- ginger - 1 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- Add other ingredients; stir well
- pkg - 1 oz
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- vanilla flavoring - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
How to make pumpkin roll:
Blend eggs and sugar. Add other ingredients; stir well. Spread on well-greased and floured cookie sheet and bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Cool on waxed paper. Place another sheet of waxed paper on top; roll up and cool for 45 minutes. Make filling while cooling.Filling:4 Tbsp. soft butter or oleo1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 c. powdered sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring1/2 c. chopped nuts Blend together. Unroll bread and spread filling. Roll up again and chill 2 hours before slicing. Makes approximately 12 servings.Recipe categories: American, Vegetables, North american.
