sugar - 1 c
egg whites - 3 item
whipping cream
pecans, chopped - 1 c
Ritz crackers, finely crushed - 24 item
instant chocolate - 2 Tbsp

How to make ritz cracker pie:

Topping:1/2 pt. whipping cream2 Tbsp. instant chocolate Beat egg whites until stiff, gradually adding sugar. Mix finely crushed Ritz crackers with chopped nuts and fold egg whites into cracker and nut mixture. Pour into well buttered pie pan. Bake in a 350° oven for 25 minutes and cool.

Beat whipping cream with chocolate until stiff and place on top of first layer. Top with pecans and chocolate. Best when refrigerated. May be prepared in advance.
