  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 8 Tbsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • buttermilk - 2 c
  • eggs, lightly beaten - 6 item
  • unbaked pie shells - 3 item

How to make buttermilk pie:

Mix sugar, flour, eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Pour into shells. Dot with butter (butter may be added to ingredients, melted). Bake at 350° in oven for 1 hour or until firm.
