  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • melted margarine - 1/2 c
  • buttermilk - 1/2 c

How to make buttermilk pie:

Combine eggs, sugar and buttermilk in blender. Add melted butter and vanilla. Blend well. Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake for 10 minutes at 400°. Reduce temperature to 300° and bake approximately 30 minutes or until lightly browned and custard is set.
