- stick margarine - 1 item
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- flaked coconut - 1 (3
- whole eggs, well beaten - 3 item
How to make buttermilk coconut pie:
Mix flour with sugar. Add well beaten eggs, margarine, buttermilk, vanilla and 2/3 cup coconut. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle remaining coconut over pie. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
