  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • stick margarine - 3/4 item
  • coconut - 1 c
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • buttermilk
  • pecans - 1 c
  • Add eggs, vanilla, pecans and coconut

How to make vanilla wafer cake:

Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, pecans and coconut. Mix soda in buttermilk. Then add crushed wafers and mix well. Bake in oblong cake pan at 350° for 40 minutes.Icing:1 small can evaporated milk3 Tbsp. flour1 c. sugar1 stick margarine Cook until thick, then add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
