Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- can cherry pie filling - 1 item
- whipping cream - 1/2 pt
How to make cherry pie:
Combine crumbs and margarine. Press into bottom of oblong baking dish. Bake 15 minutes at 325°. Chill. Cream together the cheese, milk and sugar. Spread on crust. Sprinkle layer of nuts over cheese. Whip the cream stiffly and add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread over nuts in a layer. Chill 2 to 3 hours. Spread all of the cherry pie filling over the cream. Let chill overnight.
